We endeavour to provide you with an accurate impression of and information on our products throughout the website, however, please note that images are not to scale and colours shown will vary according to the settings of your computer and monitor.

We offer any product for sale subject to there being stock availability and that the price on our Web site for the product is correct at the time of your order being received.

Your order therefore is subject to our checking that the details are correct. We will contact you, prior to dispatching an order.

If there are any errors or omissions that require clarification or correction. We will not process your payment until this process has been carried out. We reserve the right to withdraw from a sale at any time up to the product being dispatched.

Mid West Furniture endeavours to ensure a prompt and efficient delivery of purchased goods. However, depending on availability of requested products a waiting period of 7 to 8 weeks may occur. Customers are welcome to contact our sales team to check availability and estimated delivery of goods.

Therefore, when you order an item, subject to checking price and availability, we will process your order as quickly as possible.

The placing of an order on the website is an offer, not a contract of sale. You will receive an email from us confirming your order.

We advise that you keep the email for your own records.

All orders are subject to availability and payment clearance.

Order Payment

When you have selected the items that you wish to purchase, you may complete the transaction via our secure online payment gateway supplied by Stripe.

Return and Exchange Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our furniture and pay great attention to detail, construction and finish. We recommend you to do the same upon receipt of your furniture. you are entitled to return your accessory purchase within 28 days as long as it is unused and undamaged. We ask you to return the product in its original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% will apply. Please contact the store and they can assist you with the return process.This does not affect your statutory rights.

Online Returns Exclusions

We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange under this policy on mattresses once they have been removed from their packaging in the interest of hygiene.

We will dispose of your old mattress for a fee of €30 per item and €100 for a 3 piece suite.
